Please allow up to (1) one business day for order processing. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday. Domestic orders can take up to 1 week. International orders can take up to 2 weeks, but usually sooner. A tracking number will be provided via USPS, UPS or DHL.

Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays. Changes to orders will not be accepted once payment has been processed and subject to a restocking fee.

No returns or refunds will be accepted.

All orders that are lost or damaged during transit are insured, minus the shipping cost. Eligible returns must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date. A photo of the damaged product must be provided. If your return request is approved, we will notify you via email with directions.

All returns must be approved by management prior to sending back the order.
