Please allow up to (1) one business day for order processing and tracking number to be issued. Orders placed on Friday afternoon OR over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Domestic orders can take up to 1 week.

Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays. Changes to orders will not be accepted once payment has been processed and subject to a restocking fee. Cancellations before or after a tracking number has been issued will be subject to a processing fee.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders typically take about 1 week to arrive, however, can take up to 2 weeks if there is a delay with customs. Once shipments are sent out, we do not have control of the speed at which they will arrive. Please contact the carrier if it appears that a parcel is not moving in transit. We will do everything possible to make sure that orders get delivered.

INSURANCE

All orders that are lost or damaged during transit are insured, minus the shipping cost.

  • Discreet Packaging: To ensure privacy and ease of customs clearance, all international orders will be shipped in discreet packaging.


  • Customs Regulations on Syringes: Due to strict customs regulations in certain countries, we are unable to ship syringes. As an alternative, we offer packaging in glass tincture bottles for orders that would typically include syringes. This measure is to prevent any potential customs issues and to ensure that you receive your order without delays.
